TERMS
Terms of use.
These terms cover the egrc.cloud website only. Use of an eGRC deployment is governed by your contract with Sibasi Ltd, read together with the Sibasi corporate terms and conditions.

Who you are contracting with.
This website is operated by Sibasi Ltd, a company registered in Kenya with offices in Nairobi. By using the site you accept these terms.
The binding commercial terms for the eGRC platform are the Sibasi corporate terms and conditions at https://sibasi.com/terms-and-conditions, together with any order form, master services agreement or statement of work you have signed. Where those documents and this page could be read differently, those documents govern.
What this site is, and is not.
The material here describes the eGRC platform and our approach to governance, risk and compliance. It is marketing and general information — not legal, regulatory, audit or compliance advice, and not a substitute for professional judgement about your own obligations.
Nothing on this site forms an offer capable of acceptance. A binding agreement arises only when a contract is signed.
Product descriptions and roadmap.
Feature descriptions reflect the platform as we expect it to be delivered under a current contract. Capabilities described as planned or in development are not commitments, and should not be relied on when deciding to buy.
Where a page references a regulation, framework or standard, it describes how the platform supports your work against it. It is not a certification of your organisation, and it does not transfer any regulatory obligation to Sibasi.
Acceptable use.
You may read, print and share this site's pages for legitimate evaluation. You may not scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing offering.
The eGRC name, the Sibasi name, the logos and the site's content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
Availability and links.
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every page is free of error.
Where we link to a regulator, standards body or third-party site, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
Governing law.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. This does not displace any mandatory consumer or data-protection right available to you where you live, and it does not override the governing-law clause in a signed contract, which prevails for the platform itself.
