Implementation
Configuration, migration of your existing register, obligations load and administrator training. Quoted once we know how many registers are being consolidated and what state the obligations list is in.

Optional. Some clients want a risk specialist alongside the platform for the first reporting cycle. Others do not. It is quoted separately and it is genuinely optional.

Taxes and Microsoft licences
Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and any withholding tax that applies in your jurisdiction. eGRC uses your existing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID licences and does not require you to buy new ones.

What does eGRC cost?
Essentials starts at USD 9,600 per year excluding VAT. Professional and Enterprise are quoted against your scope, because the variables that matter — how many entities you are consolidating and how much migration is involved — differ too much for a list price to be useful. Implementation and training are always quoted separately.
Is it priced per user?
The tier sets the platform scope, not a per-record charge. You are never charged by the number of risks, controls, obligations or issues in your register — a register that grows is the product working. Tell us how many people need access and we will quote against that.
Is implementation included?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Configuration, migration of your existing register, loading your obligations and training your administrators are quoted separately once we know the scope. Vendors who bundle it into the licence usually recover it later.
Which currency can we contract in?
Pricing is published in US dollars. We can contract in USD, or quote in euro, sterling or your own functional currency and fix the rate for the contract term where that suits your budget cycle. Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and any withholding tax.
